Duchess air ships anywhere in the United States.
What's your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date purchased.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@duchessair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and approved (please see return parameters below). It can take 5-10 business days to receive your package, inspect the return, process it into inventory, and issue a refund.
Please note if you purchased with a credit card, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for it to post to your account.
What are the return parameters?
Returns must be unworn and undamaged. Merchandise needs to be returned in original packaging and include the packing slip. The sole of the shoe must be in original condition. It is advised that shoes be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid damaging the sole. Shoes with a damaged sole, or any other damage will not qualify for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time because we cannot guarantee inventory for exchange items. The best thing to do is to get a refund and then place another order for the correct size after your refund is processed.
What if my returning package is lost or stolen?
Duchess Air will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or mishandled packages. Duchess Air will not reimburse or compensate in the event of a return package being lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep tracking details for your own records.
