Duchess air ships anywhere in the United States.
What's your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date purchased.

To start a return

Click on the link Duchess Air Returns (loopreturns.com) follow the prompts and mail your package back!
You can also visit www.duchessair.com and click on Returns & Exchanges at the bottom of the page.
Allow for up to 5 business days for online returns and exchanges to be processed and/or shipped.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and approved (please see return parameters below). It can take 5-10 business days to receive your package, inspect the return, process it into inventory, and issue a refund.
Please note if you purchased with a credit card, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for it to post to your account.
What are the return parameters?
Returns must be unworn and undamaged. Merchandise needs to be returned in original packaging. The sole of the shoe must be in original condition. It is advised that shoes be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid damaging the sole. Shoes with a damaged sole, or any other damage will not qualify for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges if we have the requested exchange size in stock at the time.
What if my returning package is lost or stolen?
Duchess Air will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or mishandled packages. Duchess Air will not reimburse or compensate in the event of a return package being lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep tracking details for your own records.
