Return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no scuffs on the soles and in its original packaging.
Return parameters
Returns must be unworn and undamaged. Merchandise needs to be returned in original packaging. The sole of the shoe must be in original condition. It is advised that shoes be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid damaging the sole. Shoes with a damaged sole, or any other damage will not qualify for a refund.

Allow for up to 14 business days for online returns and exchanges to be processed and/or shipped.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions and exceptions:
- Items listed as "final sale" or "nonreturnable" will not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Duchess Air may refuse any request for an exchange or refund if Duchess Air suspects abusive, unlawful, or manipulative behavior.
Please note that product availability can vary from the time you ship your return back to us and when it is received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
