Could the company do a better job at replying to emails? I ordered the "concourse queen" in 8 and it was a bit small so I attempted to exchange it bc returning and rebuying would cause me to lose the "Black Friday" coupon code (thats no longer valid) I attempted to go through the exchange protocol & the size 8.5 was "out of stock" when it shows that its "low stock (2 left)" on the website. So I emailed support and they haven't gotten back to me with 2 business days passing. I'm about to be on the line, just got out of FA training. This is not how I wanted to start the new career.. Just disappointed in the lack of communication and inaccurate stock of inventory shown on the website, very frustrating
